After three weeks I have harvested the right side of his tray for salads. The is still a decent amount of plants on the harvested side that will grow bigger now that they have space to grow. I should be able to harvest 3-4 small salads a week for the next 3 weeks. After that I will let the last remaining plants go to seeds.
